The Sacai x LDWaffle ‘Black’ dropped in September 2019, featuring a retro-inspired silhouette that blends elements from Nike’s LDV and Waffle Racer. Designer Chitose Abe applies neutral hues to a uniquely layered design that makes use of double Swooshes, double tongues and double laces, all accenting an upper utilizing a mesh base with leather and suede overlays.
