Refund Policy
Below you will find all the steps you need to follow to return you order:
1. Original and unworn condition
Sneakers that are returned we only accept if they are returned in original and unworn condition. The sneakers may not show any traces of use.
2. Original undamaged shoe box
The original shoe box is a very important part of the product you have received and has value for the next customer. If you are returning or exchanging the size, please take extra care to ensure that it isn’t damaged in any way as we will not accept a return if the shoe box is damaged.
3. Separate shipping box
The original shoe box should be sent in a separate shipping box.
4. Insert return form & Sneaker District invoice
Please include the complete filled in return form with your order.
5. Mention the shipping address on your package
6. Return your order
Make sure you will save the proof of shipment when returning your order
Refund
After we have received your order in return, we will refund the full amount of the pair you have returned to your account. This amount will be on your account within 10 days after we received your package.
EXCHANGE
ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?
If you are not completely satisfied with the size you have ordered,
- Exchange is only possible if the stock is available.
- If the expected size is not in stock your return will be processed as a return shipment and you will get a full refund.
You will receive a new shipment confirmation with a tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped again.
ANOTHER MODEL SNEAKERS
Another model can unfortunately not be made . We would like to ask you politely to return your order and place a new order through our website.
